About the Role
The Welder will work on the Production line in Hesston, Kansas, contributing to the assembly and welding of parts that support the company’s high‑profile product lines. The role blends hands‑on fabrication with robot‑assisted operations and requires strict adherence to safety and quality standards. • Assemble parts into a welding jig and tack them according to prints or supervisor instructions (≈50%). • Use hand tools such as grinders and scrapers to ensure product quality (≈10%). • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area following 5S and management standards (≈10%). • Participate in daily safety meetings (≈5%). • Control robot operation, perform cleaning, and conduct inspections (≈20%).

What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED required; technical welding certification preferred. • MIG welding experience and successful completion of internal welding test. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layout parts, and weld to print. • Knowledge of standard work procedures and welding hazards with safety compliance.
