What You Bring
AECOM is seeking a creative, self‑driven Traffic/Safety Engineering Intern for our Atlanta office. The intern will join a dynamic transportation engineering team, receive intensive training and mentorship, and work on real‑world traffic and safety projects within a diverse and collaborative culture. Candidates must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, having completed at least one year of study. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, along with familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, basic data‑science concepts, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. • Communicate and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment • Pursue a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (minimum one year completed) • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills • Use data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau and understand basic data‑science concepts • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, willing to learn advanced techniques
