About the Role

• Maintain a safe, clean work environment according to sanitation SOPs. • Operate dishwashing machinery safely and correctly. • Clean, prep, and wash pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses, cups, and silverware; store them properly. • Ensure chemical dispensers and cleaning supplies are functional and adequate. • Use safety equipment to meet OSHA standards. • Empty and clean kitchen garbage to the dumpster. • Assist in the dining room by removing soiled dishes during meals and returning them to the dishwashing station.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED preferred. • Prior service or kitchen experience preferred. • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. • Capable of working in a fast‑paced environment. • Stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell. • Lift or carry up to 50 lb; perform intermittent physical activity, including supporting residents, using proper body mechanics.
