About the Role
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of goods within a warehouse environment. This includes receiving, storing, and distributing products while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The role also requires operation of various warehouse equipment and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Incoming shipments are received, quantities verified, and goods inspected for damage or discrepancies. Organized inventory records are maintained and stock levels are tracked to ensure availability. Goods are transported, stored, and categorized throughout the warehouse. Orders are fulfilled by accurately picking and packing products, and shipments are prepared with proper labeling and documentation before loading or unloading trucks. Accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory levels, and other warehouse activities are kept. Team members and supervisors collaborate to ensure smooth operations, and any issues or concerns are communicated promptly. All activities follow company policies regarding safety, security, and workplace conduct. The work environment may require lifting and moving objects up to 50 lb, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods, and exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, chemical fumes, sharp metal objects, and heavy forklift traffic. • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quantity and damage. • Maintain organized inventory records and monitor stock levels. • Transport, store, and categorize goods within the warehouse. • Accurately pick, pack, label, and document orders for shipment. • Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper stacking of materials. • Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies. • Inspect products for quality and report any defects. • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely. • Perform routine equipment checks and report malfunctions. • Keep accurate records of all inbound and outbound shipments. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations. • Follow company policies on safety, security, and workplace conduct.

What You Bring
Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred, and forklift, man‑lift, or tractor certification may be required. The role demands a willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.
