About the Role

Job Summary: The role ensures efficient and accurate picking, wrapping, replenishment and put‑away of stock for delivery to Taylor Wimpey building sites, meeting or exceeding KPIs and customer expectations. You will use appropriate MHE, complete transactions accurately, and adopt safe systems of work while collaborating with other warehouse functions to maintain high standards of efficiency, hygiene and housekeeping. • Accurately pick, wrap, replenish and put away stock using barcode scanners. • Receive, inspect and book goods into the Warehouse Management System (WMS). • Conduct regular perpetual inventory and bi‑annual physical stock checks; investigate gains or losses. • Support processing of site stock returns as required. • Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistency and quality. • Maintain strict health and safety compliance for a safe working environment. • Collaborate with other warehouse functions to meet KPIs and improve efficiency. • Apply “clean as you go” standards to keep the workspace tidy and organized.

What You Bring

We seek motivated individuals with relevant warehouse experience and the necessary certifications to operate material handling equipment safely. Candidates should be comfortable using basic computer applications and familiar with warehouse management systems. • Possess good written and verbal communication skills. • Have experience working in a warehouse environment. • Be self‑motivated and able to work autonomously. • Demonstrate literacy and numeracy competence. • Hold qualifications to drive various MHE. • Use basic Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, etc.). • Have prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
