Job Highlights
About the Role
• Develop security standards compliant with Rolls‑Royce and Government policies (Gov 007, Joint Service Publications). • Conduct risk‑based assurance for infrastructure works and construction activities. • Monitor project progress and support leaders in delivering assurance plans. • Analyse trends and insights, using findings to improve risk management. • Ensure facility designs align with specified security requirements. • Create and maintain security operational requirements. • Maintain an accurate project plan for security infrastructure implementation through construction to commissioning. • Coordinate training for the Security Operations team to ensure fit‑for‑purpose security arrangements and contingency plans. • Develop and implement a Contractor Security Management Plan to control contractor activities on site. • Control classified information, documentation and plans in line with RR and Government regulations. • Stay aware of changes in government and company guidance that affect security procedures.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Security Check clearance; Rolls‑Royce will support the application if needed. Eligibility is limited to UK nationals or, where approved by the MoD, dual nationals, reflecting the sensitive nature of the work. Rolls‑Royce is committed to an inclusive, respectful and non‑discriminatory workplace where everyone can thrive. • Hold significant experience in project management or a related discipline, preferably as a Project Lead or Controller. • Possess MOD formal security training and experience (desirable). • Demonstrate strong knowledge of security and risk management best practices, standards and governance. • Experience with physical, electronic and technical security solutions (desirable). • Understand the Facility Security Clearance (FSC) process and related project frameworks (e.g., RIBA Plan of Work). • Ability to multi‑task and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Highly resourceful and able to work independently.
