About the Role
The Driver‑CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck, provides prompt and courteous waste removal services, ensures the vehicle complies with company safety standards, adheres to all applicable regulations, and completes daily vehicle condition reports to address any defects. Key duties include performing thorough pre‑ and post‑operation inspections, following assigned routes and maps, loading and compacting refuse, disposing of material at designated facilities, and interacting professionally with customers, dispatchers, and coworkers. The driver tags unsatisfactory containers, monitors waste for violations, cleans accidental spills, maintains vehicle readiness by cleaning the packer blade and truck body, and records required route, productivity, and condition reports while meeting productivity standards and safety policies. • Perform pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections and report safety issues. • Operate the collection truck on assigned routes, load, compact, and dispose of waste. • Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers, and team members. • Identify and tag unsatisfactory waste containers according to procedures. • Monitor waste for unacceptable material and clean accidental spills promptly. • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness, including cleaning packer blade and truck body. • Complete route, productivity sheets, and daily vehicle condition reports. • Meet departmental productivity standards while following all safety policies. • Participate actively in the Company’s ReSOP safety program.

What You Bring
