About the Role
As the front‑line representative at the site, you will anticipate guest needs and resolve all customer‑related concerns while maintaining service standards set by the company. You will be fully responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the entire podium level, including horticulture, indoor and outdoor amenities, gym equipment, and the swimming pool with its plant room. You must enforce rules for all amenities, banquet, party areas, mini theatre, and AV rooms, levy penalties for property damage and track revenue weekly. You will lead the clubhouse team, ensure their grooming and hospitality etiquette, make decisions for resident welfare, and organize occasional resident events such as festivals and get‑together activities. You will report directly to the Property Manager and work alongside a site team that may include a Property Manager and two additional staff members. • Maintain and operate all indoor and outdoor podium amenities, including horticulture, gym equipment, and swimming pool. • Enforce rules and regulations for amenities, banquet, party areas, mini theatre, and AV rooms. • Track penalties and revenue related to property damages on a weekly basis. • Lead and groom the clubhouse team, ensuring professional hospitality etiquette. • Organize resident extracurricular activities such as festivals and get‑together events. • Report directly to the Property Manager. • Handle complaints, resolve disputes, and negotiate solutions with residents.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate is meticulous, analytical, and able to solve problems using logic and reasoning. Strong communication skills, the ability to handle complaints, settle disputes, and negotiate solutions are essential. Qualifications include a relevant hospitality education (preferred) with 2‑3 years of experience or 4‑5 years in client‑facing roles, clear English fluency, willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays, and basic computer skills with MS Office. • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical problem‑solving skills. • Minimum 2‑3 years in hospitality or 4‑5 years in client‑facing roles; hospitality education preferred. • Possess clear English communication skills and willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays. • Basic proficiency with computers, mobile apps, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.
