About the Role
The Housekeeping Inspector maintains cleanliness and quality control in guest units and public areas while delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include inspecting assigned units and common areas, cleaning as needed, reporting quality or maintenance issues, performing written inspections, replacing missing inventory, securing assets, assisting with linen inventory, and supporting efficient productivity among staff. • Inspect assigned guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality standards. • Clean guest rooms and common areas as needed. • Document inspection results and complete written reports. • Report quality issues and ensure corrective actions are taken. • Notify management of maintenance problems and suspicious activities. • Replace missing inventory items in rooms. • Secure department assets and supplies in storage. • Assist in maintaining accurate linen and supply inventory. • Support team productivity by setting examples and following management requests.
