About the Role
• Develop strategic artefacts such as asset management plans, policies, objectives, and levels of service • Conduct asset management planning, operations, and maintenance • Perform data collection and analysis, including site inspections and occasional travel to client locations • Deliver asset valuations and create asset management solutions for clients • Manage financial aspects and lifecycle cost modelling • Maintain existing client relationships while pursuing new business opportunities • Research and investigate commercial solutions for clients • Oversee project management and delivery, ensuring technical quality, timeliness, and budget compliance • Prepare work plans and resource schedules for projects • Make independent decisions, provide guidance, and assist in developing junior staff • Connecting employees through the Developing Professionals Group
