The Entry Level Sales Representative role focuses on direct, in‑person outreach to homeowners in local neighborhoods. Representatives introduce the company’s remodeling services and special offers through friendly conversation, generate interest, and schedule free in‑home product demonstrations without the pressure of hard selling. What You Bring

No prior experience is required, though relevant experience is a plus and the company provides full training. Ideal candidates are self‑motivated, outgoing, and well‑spoken, with a passion for career growth and the ability to work afternoons and evenings on 10 am–6 pm shifts. The role requires the ability to stand and walk for 6–8 hours per day, work outdoors in varying weather, and perform physical tasks such as stooping, bending, and reaching during canvassing activities. • Consistent M-F schedule • Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without • Availability to work afternoons and evenings • Currently hiring for 10am – 6pm shifts • Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours/day) • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions • Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during canvassing activities
