About the Role

The Sr. Digital Partnerships Analyst drives product marketing and channel enablement for new offerings, shaping messaging, acquisition strategy, and go‑to‑market plans. Working with product owners, channel managers, and partners, the analyst ensures successful onboarding, integration, and ongoing support to maximize channel productivity. • Develop and execute product marketing and acquisition strategies with cross‑functional stakeholders. • Onboard and incubate new channel partners. • Resolve day‑to‑day issues for existing channel partners and launch new channel programs. • Collaborate with Marketing Analytics to create and maintain KPI reporting.

What You Bring

The role provides hybrid flexibility and can be based in our Houston, Kennett Square, Baltimore, Chicago, or Boston offices, requiring a weekly onsite presence and up to 15% travel for client and internal meetings. Our ideal candidate will be located in Houston, TX. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Finance. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in energy, technology, or related services. • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • Knowledge of product marketing functions: competitive analysis, customer requirements, pricing, and operational support. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Experience managing or supporting third‑party broker relationships. • Project management expertise with focus on cross‑team collaboration and milestone tracking. • Account management experience for third‑party brokers. • Prior product or digital marketing campaign experience. • Excel expertise including V‑lookups, pivot tables, and data repair functions. • Master’s degree in Business or Marketing. • Experience in mass‑market retail energy industry.
