About the Role
Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, assessing customers’ storage needs, recommending solutions, and selling packing and moving supplies. They conduct daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminders and collection calls to keep accounts current. Physical duties require lifting or moving items up to 35 lb, walking around facilities for up to half of the workday, climbing stairs, and opening large doors. Managers also perform cleaning and routine maintenance, such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds free of debris. • Assess customer storage needs and sell packing/moving supplies • Conduct daily storage unit inspections • Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits • Make payment reminder and collection calls • Lift and move items up to 35 lb • Walk outdoors and climb stairs for up to 50% of shift • Perform routine cleaning and grounds maintenance

What You Bring
Successful candidates have experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or fast‑food operations. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required for travel between sites, with mileage reimbursement provided. The role offers flexible full‑time schedules between 9:30 am and 6 pm, with weekend hours until 5 pm. Employees become eligible for the full benefits package after averaging 20 + hours per week.
