• Lead electrical design delivery for rail infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with standards, safety regulations, and client specifications. • Manage and mentor electrical engineers and designers to improve design quality and efficiency. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems, manage risk, and enhance constructability. • Control project schedule and costs while maintaining safety and quality standards.

What You Bring
• Hold a tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering with eligibility for Engineers Australia membership; Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status preferred. • Demonstrated expertise in rail‑specific electrical systems, including 1500 V DC traction power and high‑voltage distribution per Sydney Trains and TfNSW standards. • Knowledge of Rail Safety National Law and TfNSW engineering assurance processes, with experience in a Technically Assured Organisation (TAO) framework. • Proven ability to lead design coordination across multiple rail disciplines on several projects simultaneously.
