About the Role
The Pump and Power Road Technician 2 troubleshoots and diagnoses complex mechanical and electrical equipment issues, performs advanced repairs, and scopes customers’ needs to deliver effective solutions. In the absence of a Shop Foreman or Service Manager, the technician may also lead and train other team members. • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical and electrical equipment problems. • Perform advanced repairs on pump, power, generator, HVAC, and compressor equipment. • Assess customer needs and provide effective equipment solutions. • Lead and train team members when a Shop Foreman or Service Manager is absent.

What You Bring
Successful candidates have 5‑7 years of experience repairing and maintaining pump and power equipment, a valid driver’s license with an acceptable record, and a DOT Physical Examination. Required certifications include EPA Section 608 universal certification, and the role demands advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, diesel, refrigeration, load banks, VFDs, and motor starting, plus the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. • Maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. • Pass a DOT Physical Examination and hold a medical card. • Hold EPA Section 608 universal certification. • Apply advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, diesel, refrigeration, load banks, VFDs, and motor starting. • Meet physical demands including lifting 25 lb, bending, squatting, and indoor/outdoor work.
