About the Role

• Lead water and sewer infrastructure projects through studies, design, and construction phases. • Apply earned value management to plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects. • Supervise multidisciplinary teams including engineers, technicians, GIS analysts, designers, CAD staff, and sub‑consultants. • Coordinate work to ensure continuity, consistency, and quality of deliverables. • Design, review, and seal calculations, drawings, and reports. • Mentor junior staff and work independently. • Maintain effective communication with clients, regulatory agencies, and project teams. • Participate in business development by preparing scopes, fees, proposals, and marketing activities.

What You Bring

• Minimum 15 years of water/wastewater engineering and project management experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. • Georgia Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months. • Strong technical proficiency in hydraulics and industry standards. • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams delivering high‑quality work. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Preferred experience with design‑build and collaborative delivery methods.
