About the Role
The role provides end‑to‑end ownership of compliance processes and drives continuous improvement. Responsibilities include identifying and assessing auditable risks, proposing and testing controls under SOX 404/302, conducting process reviews, and preparing reports with observations, recommendations and action‑plan tracking. • Own end‑to‑end compliance processes and drive continuous improvement. • Identify, assess, and mitigate auditable risks across AP/AR and RTR functions. • Design and test controls per SOX 404/302, perform root‑cause analysis, and ensure remediation. • Prepare risk observation reports with recommendations and track action‑plan closure. • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on risk findings and implement control enhancements.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a Chartered Accountant qualification or a degree in business or finance, with 6‑8 years of progressive risk‑based internal audit experience in a Big 4 or KPO environment. Preferred certifications are CISA or CIA, along with strong knowledge of AP/AR and RTR controls, data‑analytics proficiency, and expertise in MS Office and multiple accounting systems. • Hold a Chartered Accountant or business/finance degree; 6‑8 years audit experience in Big 4 or KPO. • Possess CISA/CIA certification, strong knowledge of AP/AR/RTR controls, and data‑analytics skills. • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and familiar with multiple accounting systems. • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and detail‑oriented abilities.
