About the Role

In this role you will support a team of Coax Splicers on upgrades of existing plants, plant extensions, and new‑build construction. You will give direction to multiple crews, develop their skill set and telecom construction knowledge, provide excellent customer service, lead by example in safety, and drive the team to meet deadlines while delivering quality projects. • Lead and direct multiple coax splicing crews on plant upgrades, extensions, and new builds. • Develop team skills and knowledge in telecom construction. • Provide high‑level customer service and maintain safety culture. • Ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards. • Coach and mentor team members; uphold safety as a core value.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates who live by safety, have at least five years of coax splicing experience, enjoy troubleshooting in the field, and embrace coaching and mentoring. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software are also required. • Minimum 5 years coax splicing experience with strong problem‑solving abilities. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn custom software.
