About the Role
• Conduct end‑to‑end testing of Workday enhancements, configuration updates, and new functionality. • Identify, log, and validate defects for HR, Payroll, and Recruitment teams. • Prepare test scripts, documentation, and deliver system walk‑throughs. • Monitor Workday inboxes, troubleshoot user issues, and escalate when needed. • Ensure high data quality across all Workday modules. • Coordinate onboarding, employee changes, and off‑boarding activities. • Draft employment contracts, letters, and related documentation. • Manage HR inbox queries and provide timely resolutions. • Support cyclical HR processes such as performance reviews, remuneration, and engagement initiatives. • Apply strong analytical, data‑handling, and problem‑solving skills. • Communicate effectively and engage with stakeholders across the business.

What You Bring
The role is a 12‑month fixed‑term HR Coordinator position within the Business Support department. The successful candidate will focus on Workday system testing, troubleshooting, data accuracy and process optimisation within the HR function. This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working with systems, driving continuous improvement and delivering an exceptional employee experience. • Possess 1–3 years experience as an HR Coordinator or in People Operations. • Demonstrate proficiency with Workday (essential). • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities. • Prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
