About the Role

The Community Manager oversees all on‑site operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager, supervising personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration, and risk management while ensuring compliance with Asset policies, safety standards, and fair‑housing guidelines. • Oversee all on‑site operations of a housing community, ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair‑housing guidelines. • Recruit, train, schedule, and lead staff while addressing performance issues and fostering a collaborative work environment. • Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor rent collection, vendor invoicing, and drive net operating income through cost control and revenue enhancements. • Create and execute yearly marketing plans, handle leasing activities, and implement resident retention programs to maintain high occupancy. • Ensure accurate administrative and leasing reporting, lead emergency response teams, and supervise maintenance to uphold property appearance and timely repairs. • Meet physical demands of standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb, and maintain reliable transportation for on‑call emergencies.

What You Bring

Education requirements include a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred) or equivalent experience, with certifications like Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) favored; candidates must be proficient with on‑site software and understand Fair Housing and OSHA regulations.
