About the Role
The technician will be expected to deliver high‑quality service, maintain accurate records, and interact effectively with customers and management. • Diagnose HVAC system performance through observation, testing, and setup. • Troubleshoot commercial HVAC equipment. • Use power tools, hand tools, gauges, and measuring equipment for service tasks. • Track service tasks, materials, and labor hours using a company‑provided iPad. • Communicate effectively with customers and management.

What You Bring
The company specializes in emergency services, preventive maintenance, and SOW projects, and seeks a self‑motivated professional to join its expanding Commercial Service and Maintenance team. • Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience. • Experience in HVAC maintenance and repair. • Ability to follow work scopes. • Pass a drug screen. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Knowledge of gauges, meters, measuring instruments, and hand/power tools. • EPA certification required. • iPhone and iPad provided.
