What You Bring
Participants will rotate through various supply chain roles, tackling projects that develop both leadership and functional expertise. The program blends on‑the‑job learning with a robust curriculum covering Lean Six Sigma, APICS, and core supply chain processes. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain or a related field, have up to three years of post‑degree experience, maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and are fluent in English. They must be geographically mobile, legally authorized to work in the United States, and demonstrate a passion for supply chain operations. • Complete supply chain training curriculum, earning certifications such as Lean Six Sigma and APICS. • Hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or equivalent. • Have up to three years of post‑degree experience and a GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher. • Demonstrate fluent English communication skills and willingness to relocate as needed. • Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
