About the Role
As the Manager – Fire & Safety for Property and Asset Management, you will be the face of JLL at the client’s site, interacting with guests and tenants and maintaining strong public relations. You will ensure integration between business and technology, work closely with operations and technical teams, and provide analytic support by extracting and interpreting data from various databases. Your duties also include creating report templates, managing data custody, trend analysis, and delivering output files for dashboards and compliance reporting. • Serve as the primary JLL representative at the client site, handling tenant interactions and public relations. • Coordinate with operations and technical teams to integrate business and technology requirements. • Extract, interpret, and consolidate data from multiple databases to create reports, dashboards, and MIS. • Manage data governance, trend analysis, and sign‑off on data roadworthiness. • Oversee statutory compliance documentation, audits, and renewal tracking for the site. • Generate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports. • Collaborate with finance on budget targets and verify data against agreed TOR. • Lead maintenance project assignment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

What You Bring
You will be stationed at a commercial site in Sector 62, Noida, working with an estate manager and a small site team. The role requires generating daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, overseeing statutory compliance documentation, conducting audits, and tracking renewal dates. A 48‑hour work week is scheduled, with responsibilities that span budget collaboration, data verification, and predictive reporting. We are looking for candidates with a degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering (or an equivalent qualification) and 3‑5 years of experience in real estate, hotel, or construction environments; residential site experience is a plus. The ideal candidate is analytical, meticulous, detail‑oriented, and possesses strong problem‑solving and logical troubleshooting skills, as well as the ability to coordinate maintenance projects across multiple teams. • Hold a degree/diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering (or equivalent) with 3‑5 years of real‑estate/hotel/construction experience. • Demonstrate strong analytical, meticulous, and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
