What You Bring
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with trade school training preferred, and at least five years of experience on diesel or heavy equipment, especially specialty lines such as generators or pumps. Required skills include advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, troubleshooting ability, and flexibility to adapt to fast‑paced, shifting priorities. Technicians may need to provide their own tools of the trade. • Build skills by working on a variety of makes, models & equipment • High school diploma or GED required, some trade school or equivalent training desired • 5+ years of Technician experience with diesel or heavy equipment, especially specialty lines • Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems & troubleshooting skills • Advanced knowledge of electrical systems & troubleshooting skills • Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment • Lift 50 lb or more and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, crouching and reaching
