The Branch Manager oversees the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of a rental center, leading sales, customer service, fleet maintenance, and logistics while meeting financial and performance targets. This role also manages operational and financial reporting functions for the business unit. What You Bring
• Business Management degree with at least 1 year rental industry experience, or 3‑4 years rental experience. • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. • Strong leadership and communication abilities. • Understanding of P&L and key financial controls. • Experience in outside sales, negotiation, and influencing. • Construction or industrial market experience (preferred). • High accountability, time‑management and willingness to learn all business aspects.
