Operator - Swing Shift

About the Role

You will help build world‑class industrial technology products by running machines, assembling, soldering, pulling parts, and delivering timely results for customers. In this role you will assemble custom fully wired electronic enclosures that contain Bently Nevada products. • Inspect purchased parts, materials, components, and equipment. • Execute work methods, sequences, and procedures using engineering drawings and specifications. • Operate various machines safely and perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance. • Determine appropriate actions to complete required processes. • Read assembly drawings, blueprints, schematics, and SOPs.

What You Bring

• High School diploma or GED required. • At least 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, construction, or mechanical experience. • Proficient with hand tools and measurement instruments; SAP experience preferred. • Flexible to work overtime and swing‑shift (Mon‑Fri 2:30 – 11:00 PM). • Physically able to lift 40 lb, stand/sit for long periods, and work in heat while performing pushing, pulling, stretching, and bending activities.
