About the Role

Under direct supervision, the successful candidate will complete assignments for valuation and consulting projects. Responsibilities include data collection, market research, analysis of complex highest‑and‑best‑use scenarios, revenue and expense performance evaluation, cash‑flow estimation using discounted cash‑flow models, comparable‑sales and detailed cost analyses, and the development of market comparisons to form opinions of value. • Collect and analyze market data for commercial real‑estate valuations. • Evaluate complex highest‑and‑best‑use scenarios and revenue/expense performance. • Estimate cash flows using discounted cash‑flow models. • Perform comparable‑sales and detailed cost analyses. • Develop market comparisons to formulate opinions of value. • Work collaboratively in a fast‑paced team and proactively solve problems. • Deliver timely, reliable, and courteous service to clients.

Benefits

Compensation consists of a salary plus fee‑split, with an expected annual total of $100,000 to $250,000, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, flexible spending, health‑savings, retirement, life and disability insurance, as well as paid and unpaid time off. Pay is competitive and varies based on location, experience, and other eligibility factors, with a guarantee of at least minimum wage.
