HR Specialist I (Contract)
Manage HR data, compensation cycles, benefits, and reporting in Workday for global employees.

About the Role
The opportunity involves providing HR administration and employee data management services to clients. It includes managing employee records, performing routine data audits, and handling back‑office transactions such as performance management, leave, and exit administration. Key compensation responsibilities include managing the annual salary review, scorecard, short‑term and long‑term incentive processes, monitoring compensation data in Workday, and ensuring all supporting documentation is in place. You will also oversee regional and global employee benefits, vendor relationships, generate standard and ad‑hoc reports, maintain SOPs, identify process improvements, log activities in ServiceNow, and meet defined service level agreements. • Provide HR administration and employee data management services. • Process and audit employee records, ensuring accuracy in Workday. • Manage compensation operations including salary reviews and incentive plans. • Oversee regional and global employee benefits and vendor relationships. • Generate standard and ad‑hoc compensation reports for global stakeholders. • Create and maintain SOPs, identify process improvements, and log activities in ServiceNow. • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and meet SLA targets.

What You Bring
This is an Entry Professional (P1) position where work is closely supervised, problems are generally not complex, and the employee explains policies and practices related to the job area. You will work across different geographies and regulatory environments, analyze complex problems and dependencies, and demonstrate strong attention to detail, time‑management, and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree, has at least one year of HR shared‑services experience in a global organization, and possesses knowledge of compensation activities and benefits. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, PowerApps), strong stakeholder management, project delivery across time zones, and excellent written and spoken English are required. Flexibility to work shifts in a fast‑paced, high‑transaction environment is essential. • Require bachelor’s or master’s degree and 1 year of HR shared‑services experience. • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, PowerApps) and strong stakeholder management. • Ability to work flexible shifts, multitask in a high‑transaction environment, and communicate effectively in English.
