Job Highlights
About the Role
• Deliver safety briefings and cascade information to operational teams • Support incident and accident investigations and implement preventive actions using root‑cause analysis • Develop safe operational procedures and identify relevant hazards • Provide account‑level feedback on policy and procedure implementation • Conduct site visits, inspections and audits in line with the Business Unit Audit & Inspection Plan • Monitor risk measures, propose improvements and participate in health‑and‑safety site meetings • Analyse data to identify trends, create improvement plans and support risk assessments • Apply safety knowledge to observe, inspect, audit and drive continuous improvement • Collaborate effectively across the Operational Safety team • Produce high‑quality communications, presentations, reports and emails

What You Bring
• Hold a NEBOSH qualification or equivalent (essential) • Demonstrate ability to achieve a sustainable step‑change in HSEQ culture, capability and performance • Possess strong safety knowledge and experience supporting operational teams • Exhibit excellent communication and influencing skills
