About the Role
• Has full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating technical assignments. • Plans and develops engineering tasks concerned with unique or controversial problems, including exploration, scope definition, problem selection, and development of novel concepts and approaches. • Maintains liaison with units within the organization and individuals inside and outside of the organization. • Works under minimal supervision with administrative oversight and broad general objectives. • Supervises a group of engineers and/or technicians, coordinating unit activities.
