About the Role
Under direct supervision, the technician follows established procedures to perform minor repairs and limited preventive maintenance on assigned equipment. The role includes performing work according to safety procedures, completing required paperwork using fleet maintenance software, assisting with equipment repairs and adjustments, washing vehicles, conducting safety checks, supporting senior mechanics on projects, handling service calls for breakdowns, and maintaining a clean, safe work area compliant with corporate and OSHA standards. • Perform minor repairs and limited preventive maintenance on assigned equipment. • Follow established safety procedures for all work activities. • Complete repair paperwork using fleet maintenance software, documenting parts and labor. • Assist in equipment repair, adjustment, and project work with senior mechanics. • Wash vehicles and conduct routine safety checks. • Respond to service calls for equipment breakdowns. • Maintain a clean and OSHA‑compliant work area.

What You Bring
No formal education or prior experience is required; candidates must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record, be at least 18 years old, be legally authorized to work in the United States, be able to meet the physical demands of the job, and successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical. The position is based in a repair/maintenance shop and involves frequent exposure to physical risks, dirt, noise, weather extremes, and the need for fine motor coordination and handling of objects up to a certain weight. • Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. • Pass pre‑employment drug screening and physical examination. • Meet physical demands including hand dexterity, lifting objects, and exposure to occupational hazards.
