About the Role
The Finance Integration Lead will pilot complex finance integration initiatives across systems and processes, aligning them with corporate strategy and operational goals. This role creates operational plans, policies and procedures, and provides tactical leadership to deliver integration outcomes that improve business performance. The position works closely with senior management and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery within scope, schedule and budget. • Lead and coach finance integration professionals, fostering collaboration and capability development. • Develop detailed project and program plans aligned with strategic objectives and enforce PMO standards. • Establish and adjust operational objectives, policies and procedures to drive continuous improvement. • Analyze complex issues, make high‑impact decisions on schedules and operations, and escalate critical matters as needed. • Build strong relationships with senior management and external stakeholders to influence integration priorities. • Oversee execution of finance integration projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time and budget.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has several years of experience in global finance operations and project management, with a strong background in accounting and certifications such as ACCA or CIMA. Proven PMO experience—preferably backed by AgilePM or Prince2—and hands‑on experience with ERP platforms like Oracle, SAP or Workday are required. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Suite and PMO tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet), and the ability to bridge finance, IT and business operations are essential. • Several years of experience in global finance operations and project management. • Accounting certification such as ACCA or CIMA. • PMO certification (AgilePM, Prince2) and proven experience applying PMO methodologies. • Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday) and data migration concepts. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PMO tools like JIRA or Smartsheet. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills to bridge finance, IT and business functions.

The role is based in Warsaw, Poland, with a target base salary of 257,000‑425,000 PLN per year, plus eligibility for bonus and equity.
