About the Role
Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customers’ storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies, while performing daily unit inspections, cash drawer audits, bank deposits, and payment collection calls. • Assess customer storage needs and sell moving supplies • Daily unit inspections to ensure availability • Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits each day • Make payment reminders and collection calls • Lift/move items up to 35 lb; walk/stand outdoors up to 50 % of shift • Perform cleaning and routine maintenance of interiors and grounds

What You Bring
Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walking around facilities for up to 50 % of the time, climbing stairs, opening large doors, and performing cleaning and basic maintenance of interior and exterior areas. Candidates should have customer‑service‑oriented sales experience from retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or similar service environments, a valid driver’s license, and their own vehicle for traveling between sites (mileage reimbursement is provided). • Required: customer‑service sales experience and valid driver’s license with personal vehicle
