We are hiring an Administrative Assistant in Buffalo, NY who is detail‑oriented, positive, and self‑motivated. The role includes handling general correspondence, liaising with owners and housing agencies, data entry, reporting, supporting a select portfolio, and training and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate is an organized problem‑solver with strong time‑management skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Knowledge of Tax Credit programs • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong mathematical skills • Professional email and telephone etiquette • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organized • Prior administrative experience in property management
