About the Role

• Administer and document medications according to orders and regulations. • Monitor medication levels and order timely refills. • Communicate with physicians and healthcare partners regarding resident care. • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility. • Respond promptly to resident call systems and care needs.

What You Bring

• Hold a Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification (68‑hour course required). • Possess CNA or PCA/DCS certification. • Have a high school diploma or equivalent. • Be at least 18 years old (21 + if serving as a Senior Incentive Coordinator). • Maintain current CPR and First Aid certification. • Demonstrate compassion, dependability, and strong attention to detail.
