About the Role
The Facility Maintenance Sustainability role focuses on managing recyclable materials within the plant. The incumbent evaluates organization of recyclables, sorts and stages products, and ensures they are properly labeled and stored. They also monitor material flow, maintain safety standards, and support the manufacturing team through exceptional service, while maximizing the use of facility space. • Evaluate recyclable organization to optimize space utilization. • Sort, maintain, and stage products accurately. • Enforce strict safety standards. • Provide high-level customer service to the manufacturing team. • Analyze material flow and set optimal control levels. • Label recyclables correctly and place them in designated bins. • Follow auditing policies for inventory compliance. • Maximize facility utilization. • Make sound decisions and solve problems.
