About the Role
The role is a Senior Project Manager overseeing innovative tenant‑improvement and interior fit‑out construction projects for a high‑profile technology client. The position reports to the real‑estate department and includes line‑management responsibilities where appropriate, as well as SOX control compliance when applicable. Core responsibilities include interfacing with clients and consultants throughout project stages, managing financials and timely invoicing, producing detailed project plans, applying performance‑management techniques, and controlling change. The manager will coordinate project information flow, prepare budget progress reports, ensure quality compliance, develop proposals for new work or variations, and improve project‑management procedures and templates. Effective governance, processes and systems must be established, and health, safety and environmental issues communicated to the appropriate line manager. • Lead tenant‑improvement and interior fit‑out projects for a technology client, overseeing all project stages. • Manage financials, client invoicing, and monitor project financial status using internal systems. • Create and maintain detailed project plans, apply performance‑management techniques, and control change processes. • Coordinate information flow between the team and client through regular meetings and written communications. • Prepare budget progress reports, ensure compliance with quality standards, and develop proposals for new work or variations. • Identify and implement improvements to project‑management procedures, templates, and governance systems. • Ensure health, safety, environmental, and SOX compliance and communicate issues to line managers. • Provide strategic advice during project conception and build strong client and cross‑functional relationships.

What You Bring
Required qualifications include prior general‑contractor experience, construction project‑management expertise, and a college degree in Construction Management or a related field with PMP certification. Candidates must have tenant‑improvement and fit‑out experience in commercial real‑estate, strong strategic advisory skills, excellent time‑management, and the ability to build relationships with clients and cross‑functional teams. Membership in relevant professional organizations and experience managing demanding stakeholders are also expected. • Possess prior general‑contractor experience, a Construction Management degree, PMP certification, and tenant‑improvement/f fit‑out expertise. • Demonstrate excellent time‑management, stakeholder management, and membership in relevant professional bodies.
