About the Role

The Leasing Professional supports leasing, sales, and marketing efforts at an assigned community, ensuring compliance with Core’s standards. Responsibilities include lease administration, daily leasing‑office operations, and delivering tasks that keep the office running efficiently. The role is essential to maintaining a smooth, customer‑focused leasing experience. • Conduct guided property tours and assess resident preferences • Follow up with prospects via email and phone • Prepare leasing and marketing reports • Coordinate in‑house events and outreach marketing • Support leasing office operations and staff as needed • Maintain brand standards and present the property exceptionally • Collaborate with New Development Mission Control on special projects • Assist with move‑outs, turn‑overs, and move‑ins beyond regular hours • Lift and move objects up to 50 lb; perform bending, stooping, lifting as required • Work full scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime

What You Bring

Ideal candidates bring experience in sales, property management, marketing, or related fields and demonstrate energetic, imaginative enthusiasm for securing leases. Proficiency with office productivity tools and both Windows and Apple operating systems is required, while student‑housing experience, leadership skills, and familiarity with Entrata software are strong assets. • Physical ability to lift 50 lb regularly • Experience in sales, property management, or marketing • Proficiency with Office tools and Windows/Apple operating systems • Experience in student housing • Demonstrated leadership abilities • Familiarity with Entrata software • Sense of belonging culture • Voice to share perspectives
