About the Role

Work hours are Monday‑Friday 5 am‑5 pm and Saturday 7 am‑11 am, providing consistent scheduling. The primary location is the landfill in Homer, GA, where you’ll operate equipment for waste‑disposal operations. Each day you’ll operate bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders at one of our recycling facilities that serve over 20 million customers. Your work follows strict safety procedures and is vital to the efficiency of our operations. • Operate bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders in compliance with safety policies. • Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance, keeping accurate records. • Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment. • Follow standard operating procedures for equipment operation and maintenance.

What You Bring

The role requires motor coordination, occasional handling of objects under 30 lb, and exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes for most of the day.
