About the Role
• Supervise 12‑18 employees in a 1.2 TPY operation, overseeing production and sales. • Direct pit and mine activities to meet plan specifications and manage mine planning. • Control costs, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and identify savings opportunities. • Drive continuous improvement by addressing deficiencies and implementing corrective plans. • Set clear performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and train staff. • Ensure compliance with company and government policies, including MSHA safety standards. • Engage with the local community on behalf of the plant.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or related field (preferred). • 3‑5 years of operations/engineering experience in aggregate processing and surface quarrying. • Working knowledge of AggQC, AggFlow, profit & loss statements, basic accounting, and Microsoft Office. • Strong math, basic surveying/mapping, communication, and leadership skills. • Proven safety record and familiarity with environmental policies and best practices.
