About the Role

The Document Controller acts as the single point of contact for a multi‑functional team, overseeing drawing and document releases, maintaining the Master Document List (MDL) in the EDMS, and coordinating with engineering, customers, and vendors to ensure timely submissions, approvals, and secure access. • Serve as the single point of contact for the multi‑functional team for drawing and document release. • Prepare and maintain the Master Document List (MDL) in the EDMS tool. • Proactively follow up with engineering on upcoming document submission deadlines. • Update the MDL regularly with submission status and revise dates when delays occur. • Notify customers of revised delivery dates and track document approval status. • Communicate customer comments to engineering, coordinate revisions, and resubmit documents. • Submit only critical documents/drawings for customer approval as defined in the MDL. • Review documents against Document Management System specifications for authenticity. • Use the EDMS for all communication, document storage, and weekly report extraction. • Distribute weekly EDMS reports to all key project stakeholders. • Manage vendor documents outside the EDMS, then store them in designated EDMS folders and inform engineering. • Govern project folder access control and perform audits to ensure appropriate stakeholder access. • Ensure stored documents align with the revision levels specified in the MDL.

What You Bring

• Knowledge of Document Management Systems. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and EDMS platforms. • Familiarity with SAP, WRENCH, or PRIMAVERA is advantageous. • Deliver clear and convincing oral presentations and effective listening. • Communicate independently and handle discussions without supervision.
