About the Role

The Indirect Category Management role sits within a sub‑category team and is responsible for creating and developing an industry‑leading professional services category strategy for assigned sub‑categories. It will manage a $300 M+ spend portfolio, driving value creation and performance across procurement, sourcing, supplier relationship management, and digital technology. • Create strategy for sub‑categories and generate pipeline so at least one‑third of spend is sent to market • Establish sourcing goals and acceptable service levels • Negotiate and administer contracts with suppliers and vendors • Conduct market research to ensure price competitiveness • Perform spend profiling and analytics • Set negotiation terms for procurement of goods, services, and supplies • Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and related data to determine reasonable prices • Evaluate vendors’ capability, quality, reliability, and price competitiveness • Identify and research suppliers to meet standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability

What You Bring

The position requires a minimum of 10‑12 years of indirect category management experience, particularly in professional services strategy, pipeline generation, and RFP execution.
