About the Role
The role is responsible for achieving 100% PLM coverage of all engineering deliverables, linking them to Enovia as the single source of truth, and identifying standardization opportunities across Enovia variants. It will lead the development and deployment of long‑term roadmaps to enhance Enovia coverage, automate product lifecycle management processes, and maintain the PLM tool, requirement management, and collaboration with IT teams. The leader will collaborate with PLM, IT, and business teams to drive software enhancements, manage PLM tool projects, and establish end‑to‑end digitalized PLM covering the entire product development cycle. Responsibilities include improving PLM functionality, automating deployments, defining operating procedures, evaluating best‑in‑class PLM tools and customizations, executing proof‑of‑concepts, and resolving CAD‑PLM and PLM‑ERP integration issues. Additional duties involve automating BOM generation, supporting CAD‑PLM integration, building organizational PLM competence through vendor and stakeholder engagement, and meeting schedule, scope, cost, and technical targets for all projects. The role also provides leadership to coach and develop PLM experts and maintains relationships with global stakeholders.

What You Bring
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 10‑12 years of core PLM (preferably Enovia) experience, and 12‑15 years overall experience. Candidates must have strong understanding of PLM architecture, hands‑on experience with PLM development, maintenance, customization, and deployment, and experience leading software development projects. • Strong understanding of PLM architecture, functionalities, business process mapping and possible applications in end‑to‑end product lifecycle management • Hands‑on experience working with PLM development, maintenance, troubleshooting, customizations, requirements handling and deployment • Ability to evaluate various PLM tools and software against organizational needs • Experience leading software development projects through systematic project‑management processes • Understanding of product development lifecycle with 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience in new product design, drawings and 3D releases using PLM
