About the Role

Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, assessing customers’ storage needs, recommending supplies, and conducting daily unit inspections to ensure availability. They also handle cash‑drawer audits, bank deposits, payment reminders, and collection calls. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing and moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to verify inventory and readiness. • Audit cash drawers, prepare bank deposits, and manage payment collections. • Perform cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and exterior grounds maintenance. • Lift/move items up to 35 lb and navigate stairs and large doors.

What You Bring

The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walk around facilities for up to half of the shift, and perform cleaning and basic maintenance both indoors and outdoors, including stairs and large doors. Ideal candidates have prior customer‑service or sales experience in retail, restaurant, or similar environments and possess a valid driver’s license with their own vehicle for travel between sites (mileage reimbursement provided).
