About the Role

As Principal, you will own both technical and commercial project delivery, delegate work effectively, and oversee the quality of outputs. You will also manage and mentor junior staff, guiding their technical development and career progression. • Lead and grow the Contaminated Land team in India. • Deliver projects in partnership with WSP Middle East project managers and directors. • Coach and support team members across the GCC. • Handle organizational and administrative tasks with strong planning, analysis, and judgement. • Oversee technical and commercial delivery of projects, delegating and reviewing work. • Manage, mentor, and develop junior staff’s technical skills and career paths. • Continuously enhance personal professional competencies to meet team and professional body standards.

What You Bring

We are seeking an exceptional leader to head and expand our Contaminated Land team in India. The ideal candidate will bring at least 12 years of postgraduate experience in the geo‑environmental sector and will work closely with project managers and directors across WSP Middle East, while also coaching team members in the GCC. The role suits a professional with deep contaminated‑land expertise who wishes to enhance leadership and technical consultancy skills and contribute to growing a successful practice. Responsibilities include organizational and administrative duties requiring strong planning, analysis and judgement. • Bring minimum 12 years postgraduate experience in the geo‑environmental field.
