About the Role
The Spare Parts Store Manager is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and issuance of spare parts and components for construction equipment, ensuring optimal inventory levels, accuracy, and timely availability to support operations and maintenance. The role involves overseeing inventory control, coordinating with vendors, and leading store personnel to maintain efficient parts flow. Effective documentation and compliance with company policies are essential to the position. • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock audits. • Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and initiate replenishment as needed. • Verify incoming parts against purchase orders and ensure proper receipt documentation. • Coordinate timely issuance of parts to service teams and workshops. • Liaise with vendors to ensure on‑time delivery and resolve quantity or quality discrepancies. • Update the ERP/inventory management system regularly and ensure policy compliance. • Supervise store personnel, allocate tasks, and train staff on inventory handling and safety protocols. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports, highlighting slow‑moving and obsolete items.

What You Bring
• Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel skills for efficient inventory management. • Apply strong knowledge of spare parts for construction equipment and heavy machinery. • Hold a graduate or diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or Supply Chain Management. • Possess 4–6 years of stores or inventory management experience in the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry.
