About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all maintenance operations, including service requests, preventative maintenance, staff and vendor coordination, safety compliance, and resident relations, working closely with the Community Manager to ensure property upkeep. • Attend on‑site daily; coordinate and respond to resident and management work orders. • Perform repairs and replacements in common areas and units; inspect grounds and buildings for hazards. • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies within budget and maintain a preventative maintenance program. • Keep the maintenance shop organized, stocked, and compliant with OSHA safety standards. • Maintain hazard communication program and promote safe work practices. • Record service requests, EPA/OSHA compliance, preventative maintenance, and work progress. • Assist with upkeep of office, common areas, and model unit; participate in on‑call emergency response. • Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff; monitor daily work progress and provide guidance. • Evaluate staff performance and ensure ongoing training per Asset benchmarks. • Foster teamwork and quality performance through effective leadership. • Deliver excellent customer service; monitor service request turnaround and maintain consistent resident interactions. • Uphold community policies and project a favorable community image.

What You Bring
