About the Role

The Assistant Manager – Global Standardization & Digitization, RTR will support the Client Finance Transformation Leadership in standardizing, optimizing, and governing transformation projects across the Record‑to‑Report domain. This role involves coordinating key initiatives, designing and deploying global finance process enhancements, and managing documentation and stakeholder engagement. Key duties include defining and maintaining global finance process standards, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to implement lean improvements, and monitoring performance through KPI dashboards. The position also coordinates training and knowledge‑management activities, engages with internal and external stakeholders, supports risk and compliance initiatives, and prepares reports for leadership and steering committees. • Support Transformation Leadership in defining and maintaining global finance process standards. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement process and lean improvements in the Record‑to‑Report domain. • Gather process metrics, prepare KPI dashboards, and drive data‑backed actions for continuous improvement. • Coordinate process training, knowledge‑sharing activities, and maintain global documentation repositories. • Engage with operational, service delivery, and regional leadership to ensure alignment on transformation initiatives. • Contribute to risk, compliance, and internal control implementations for finance operations. • Assist in requirements gathering, scoping, and estimating transformation deliverables. • Track project schedules, deliverables, and ensure compliance with client and commercial objectives. • Prepare reports and insights for leadership, steering committees, and stakeholders. • Institutionalize best practices and participate in global review cycles.

What You Bring

Successful candidates will have 10–12 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably with a strong record in transformation or process‑improvement roles within the RTR domain. Required qualifications include a CA or MBA, expertise in process documentation, KPI management, internal controls, and familiarity with finance systems such as JDE or PeopleSoft. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills are essential. • 10–12 years of finance and accounting experience with a focus on transformation or process improvement. • Proven experience supporting or managing Record‑to‑Report finance projects. • Strong skills in process documentation, KPI management, and project coordination. • Knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and compliance standards. • Familiarity with finance systems/ERPs such as JDE, PeopleSoft, or similar. • Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship‑building abilities. • Ability to interpret data, create meaningful reports, and influence stakeholders globally. • Professional qualification: CA or MBA. • Use of advanced AI tools for recruitment and career development.
