About the Role

The Customer Service Representative handles inbound calls and emails, documents interactions, and performs various administrative tasks to keep loan portfolios moving smoothly. The role supports both investors and borrowers by processing payments, releasing loans, and resolving issues with professionalism. • Provide excellent inbound and outbound mortgage inquiry support via phone and e‑mail. • Document customer interactions with detailed, legible notes. • Release portfolio loans to various investors and perform investor changes in the servicing system. • Draft and mail borrower letters, notices, and payment confirmations. • Process phone payments, daily printing, and mailing of statements. • Monitor small delinquent loan pipelines and act as a payment collector. • Submit credit updates to reporting agencies through third‑party vendors. • Research and resolve customer and investor inquiries. • Participate in 401(k) plan with 1‑for‑1 company match up to 5%. • Participate in “Everyone’s Included” day and advisory council.

What You Bring

Applicants must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate strong communication abilities. Experience in mortgage, banking, title, or customer service is preferred, along with a pleasant, outgoing demeanor and the capacity to multitask while maintaining accuracy. • High school diploma or equivalent required; mortgage, banking, or title experience preferred. • Prior customer service experience preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Pleasant, outgoing personality with excellent oral and telephone communication. • Ability to multitask, maintain accuracy, and meet detailed work standards. • Positive, professional attitude; accountable and reliable. • Work well under pressure as a team player and follow posted work rules and procedures.
