About the Role
• Conduct job hazard analyses before project commencement and advocate for continuous safe behavior among the crew. • Champion safety by leading by example, ensuring that all team members adhere to safety practices and standards. • Work performed around hazardous equipment. • Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party engineers and owners. • Ensure effective collaboration with team members to achieve desired outcomes. • Oversee the creation, compilation, and management of reports and technical documentation. • Manage the procurement of materials specific to trade requirements in line with project timelines. • Support superintendents through daily timekeeping and reporting of staff, equipment, and material usage. • Set a positive example in both safety and quality for team members and subcontractors. • Assist with the coordination and resolution of engineering requests for project-based personnel. • Develop trade-specific training materials and execute inspection and testing plans. • Conduct regular inspections of ongoing and completed work to uphold quality assurance. • Maintain comprehensive records and control over project documents. • Secure and maintain all necessary permits for assigned tasks throughout the project’s duration. • Strengthen third-party relationships through professional communication and meeting client expectations. • Aid in developing project execution plans, monitoring schedules, and performing quality control checks to ensure compliance with project standards. • Manage environmental compliance by ensuring the proper training and certification of field staff.

What You Bring
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or work at elevated heights as well as in confined spaces (towers, vessels, excavations, etc.) • Able to walk or movecontinuouslywhile carrying 50 lbs. of tools and/or materials. It is recommended to getassistanceto lift items over 50 lbs.Checkwithyourprojectsupervisororprojectsafetydirector. • Excessivehumidity, rain, etc. • Minimum of 4 years work experience (2 years work experience is equivalent to 1 year of education). • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced working environment. • Demonstrated ability in supporting projects: development, planning, installation, and execution. • Willingness to travel full-time. • Able to climb andmaintainbalance on ladders, scaffolding, stairways, etc. • Must be able to work extended hours on your feet on uneven surfaces (dirt, concrete, asphalt, mud, gravel, etc.)Full range of motion and flexibility consistent with requirements of the job duties. • Regular attendance, in accordance with company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position. • Requires repetitive movement • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Must be able to stand or walk forlong periodsof time • Must be competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Work performed at low and/or high elevations • Fluent in written and spoken English. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or another related field
